Why Your Wine Decanter Purchase Is Completely Secure
PayPal
You can pay securely through your PayPal account at checkout. Simply select the PayPal option and log in to complete the payment. After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email from both PayPal and our store. If you encounter any issues or need to provide additional details, please contact us immediately at service@buywinedecanter.com with your order number, payment amount, and PayPal transaction ID.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not save your debit or credit card information on file. Our system automatically encrypts your payment details during checkout and immediately purges sensitive data after processing. BuyWineDecanter is not responsible for any conversion or foreign exchange fees on international orders.
Please note that payments cannot be split between multiple cards. All cards must have a valid security code.
Payment Failed: “Do Not Honor” or “Invalid Service Code”
These messages indicate that your card’s issuing bank will not authorize the transaction. Essentially, the credit card has been rejected by the bank. To resolve this, you must contact your bank directly to obtain a verbal authorization code for the transaction. We recommend calling the number on the back of your card and speaking to a representative. Explain that you are trying to place an online order and request that they approve the wine decanter transaction. After obtaining the authorization code, you can then process the transaction manually.
